This Privacy Policy explains how NINA IMPORT LLC d/b/a CAR SUPERSTORE ("Car Superstore", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit carsuperstoremiami.com (the "Website") to browse our vehicle inventory or contact us.

If you apply for financing through the Website, the privacy notice shown in the financing application applies to the information you submit there.

Information you give us. When you send an inquiry, request a test drive, or ask for a trade-in offer, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the details you provide about the vehicle you are interested in or want to trade in.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the Website, we and our partners collect:

• IP address and approximate location derived from it (city or region)
• Cookie identifiers and device or browser identifiers
• Pages and vehicles you view, the date, time, and length of your visits
• The page or ad that referred you to the Website

Remarketing. With your consent to Advertising cookies, we use Google Ads remarketing to show our vehicles on Google and on other websites to people who visited the Website. Visitors stay in our remarketing audiences for a limited period, currently up to 90 days after their last visit. Google may also use these audiences to find people with similar interests.

Customer Match. We may upload email addresses and phone numbers of our existing customers to Google in hashed (scrambled) form. Google matches them to Google accounts so that we can show relevant ads to our customers or exclude them from ads. We upload only information that customers provided directly to us, and Google's policies do not allow Google to use it for any other purpose.

Opting out of personalized ads.
